LADA cake with jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 20g of baking powder
  • 6 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tbsp rum extract
  • 400g Lada diet plum jam
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle with ground walnuts if desired

Note: the cup is 200ml

Preparation:

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix oil, water, rum extract and jam – add the mass with flour to that mass.
Combine everything and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray measuring 35 x 22 cm (approximately), greased and sprinkled with flour, or lined with baking paper.
You can sprinkle with walnuts if you wish.
Place to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake for about 35 minutes (baking time depends on the oven).
