Recipes with Lada Diet Jams

LADA crepes

Ingredients needed:

  • 200 g flour (type 400, soft)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl oil
  • 3 dl of milk and a little lukewarm water
  • teaspoon of salt and sugar

Preparation:

Put flour into a deeper plastic bowl and add eggs and about 2 dl of milk. Whisk the mixture.

The batter should be thick and smooth, without lumps.

Then add more milk, then a little lukewarm water and so on until you get a batter that looks like soup.

Add about 1 dl of oil to the kneaded batter and mix well.

Bake the crepes in a heated Teflon pan that does not need additional lubrication.

As soon as one side of the crepe is baked, turn it over to the other side and bake the same as the first (approximately 1 minute).

Fill the finished crepes with your favorite LADA diet jam.
